Dear Solful Fitness~
When I first started training with Solful Fitness, my goals were to become a healthier weight and to tone. I also wanted to improve my self confidence, increase my energy level and prove that I could accomplish whatever I put my mind to.
I started training with Lisa from a referral of one of my clients who also trains with her. I decided to work with a trainer to tackle some of my goals and to encourage me to continue a program with out stopping. Training two times a week keeps me motivated to work though out the week.
I like working with Lisa because she has a different style of training than any trainer I have ever worked with before. Instead of using various machines, she has me using my own body weight and resistance. This way of training makes it possible for me to practice what she shows me at home or anywhere I go. What more can you ask for!
Since training with Solful Fitness I have lost a total of 20lb. and inches. My starting weight was 152lb. and now I’ve reached my goal of 132lb. I love my results!! This has been a life style change for me and I can’t wait to reach my next set of goals!
