Dear Solful Fitness~
For someone who was used to working out in the gym for much longer periods of time; to see this much noticeable change from the two hours a week after 4 weeks really does surprise me.
The combination of the exercise, and the much better diet would appear to be working well together.
If I can keep this up, I believe that I can really get into much better shape with this than I had originally thought!
Val is very personable, and is very good at what she is doing. She pushes me to do more than I think that I will be able to do, and is very good at thinking of different exercises to keep the sessions different and different ways to keep working on my weaker areas.
She was a good find for Solful Fitness!!
