Cancelation Policy

Classes have a set number of available slots to ensure that we have proper space and equipment available for each participant. You must sign up to reserve your spot for each class that you want to attend. If you do not cancel your attendance at least 60 minutes prior to class starting, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. In-person class slots are first come, first serve with a waitlist option available via MindBody.

We are also happy to offer a selection of our group workouts live on Zoom.

IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION

• Please bring a full water bottle and towel - neither will be provided.

• You will sanitize equipment and wash your hands after class.

• If you have a cough, fever or are feeling unwell, stay home.
